Simple Delay

Based on the Deep Blue Delay.  Just a super simple basic delay pedal.  PT2399 driven analog voiced delay.  Has Level, Delay and Repeats controls.  Has a few useful mods to help keep it as clean as possible, there's a signal level limit on the delay chip so it doesn't distort and voltage supplied to it is slightly higher than normal.  Runs on a standard 2.1mm boss style 9v power adapter.  Current draw ~30mA.
