I will service anything I've built for a small fee depending on the issue. No other repair services offered.
Returns Policy
I'm not happy if you're not happy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with anything, just pay the return shipping and you'll get a full purchase price refund minus the shipping cost. Limited to within 30 days of purchase.
Warranty
Repair or replacement (minus shipping costs, and at my discretion) free of charge for the extremely rare chance of serious equipment malfunction. limited to one year after purchase.
Shipping
Shipping via Canada Post is included in the price of all pedals to the US and Canada. Will not ship using a courier, Canada Post only.
International shipping is usually an extra $20-50CAD for a single pedal but varies depending on country, fire me an email to confirm before purchase ([email protected]). Again, Canada Post only.

Pricing
Everything I build is cost of parts and shipping plus $30/hr labor, and is made to order if there isn't any merch listed. Email me directly to order and get on the wait list ([email protected]). From time to time you'll find projects or prototypes for much cheaper than normal that I clear out at reduced pricing.

Ordering
If you don't see something you'd like in stock feel free to email with requests. I typically stock several different sizes and colours of enclosures and can put any circuit I make regularly in any colour enclosure you'd like. Enclosures come from Tayda electronics. Most are the mini 1590A sized but I usually have a few 1590B, 125B and 1590BB enclosures in stock as well. It might be possible to order the pedal in a larger size than usual, feel free to ask.
