I will service anything I've built for a small fee depending on the issue.  No other repair services offered.

Warranty

Repair or replacement (at my discretion) free of charge for the extremely rare chance of serious equipment malfunction.  limited to one year after purchase.

Shipping

Shipping via Canada Post is added at checkout and is currently a flat $20CAD fee per order (one to as many pedals as you like)  in Canada, and $40CAD per order (one to as many pedals as you like) for international.  No US shipping at the moment due to the tarriff situation, sorry guys.  Canada Post only, will not ship via couriers.

Pricing

Everything I build is cost of parts and shipping plus $35/hr labor, and is made one at a time by hand.  From time to time you'll find projects or prototypes for much cheaper than normal that I clear out at reduced pricing.

Ordering

If you don't see something you'd like in stock feel free to email with requests.  I typically stock several different sizes and colours of enclosures and can put any circuit I make regularly in any colour enclosure you'd like.  Enclosures come from Tayda electronics.  Most are the mini 1590A sized but I usually have a few 1590B, 125B and 1590BB enclosures in stock as well.  It might be possible to order the pedal in a larger size than usual, feel free to ask.  Black graphics only.  I usually have a few different knob colours and different LED colours too.  

Made to order pedal orders - Mention what colour you'd like in the comments or I will contact you via email to offer and confirm colour choices.  Limited to in stock colours.  Once size and colour are confirmed I will start the build and ship when complete, usually ~1wk turnaround.
