Ko. 14 Overdrive

Based on everyone's favorite midrange focused overdrive in the green box with lots of mods.  Brighter than but with about the same gain as the Ko. 10.  More midrange focused than the others  Runs on a standard 2.1mm boss style 9-18v power adapter.  Current draw ~7mA.
