Kleen Octave Blend

Based on the Prescription Electronics Clean Octave blend.  Great way to add Hendrix-y octave tones to any rig without additional gain or fuzz.  Has Volume, Blend and Octave controls.  Has a few mods to make it less muddy when the octave is turned down and another mod to make the blend work better.  Runs on a standard 2.1mm boss style 9v power adapter.  Current draw ~2mA.
