Based on the Kay Fuzz/Bumble Buzz.  Nasty one knob octave fuzz.  Only has a single volume control.  Great for those crazy 60s garage tones.  Runs on a standard 2.1mm boss style 9v power adapter.  Current draw ~2mA.
